returning: JODIE BERNDT

We are honored and excited to welcome back author Jodie Berndt for an evening about what it means to cultivate meaningful, intentional connections with those around us.

No matter what stage of life you're in, join us for this evening of discussion and fellowship!

An RSVP isn't required, but we would love to know you're coming by September 9!

Sorry, there is no childcare available for this event!

For our summer gathering in September, we will join with all the ladies of Apostles for this special event with Jodie! This topic, Created for Connection, was chosen with you in mind. We hope that you join us for this special evening!

Can't make it in the evening?

Jodie will be with us in the morning as well, starting at 9:30 a.m. in the Commons. She will be leading all our Thursday Bible studies, including Mom to Mom, in a discussion of how to pray Scripture for your children and/or spiritual mentees.

If you can't make it to the evening session, we invite you to join us that morning instead! No RSVP required.

Jodie spoke at our Celebration Luncheon on April, and we are excited to have her back! She is a popular speaker and the author of several books, including Praying the Scriptures for Your Children, Praying the Scriptures for Your Adult Children, and The Undertaker’s Wife (a poignant and funny memoir she wrote with her pal, Dee, who is an expert on surviving the loss of someone you love). The mother of four grown children, Jodie has been married to Robbie, her University of Virginia sweetheart, for 30 years. They live in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
